A few years ago, I was sitting in the bath (my sacred thinking space) asking for clarity about whether I was meant to stay in business. I asked God for a sign—clear, unmistakable. That night, instead of the usual meditation tones, YouTube queued up a Dolores Cannon video titled: “THIS is your sign.” I laughed and wept. Message received.

But here’s what changed next: I stopped asking God to validate my strategic decisions. I started asking Source to help me make the decisions.

This was a shift from what I now call Reactive Strategy to Divinely Guided Execution—a foundational piece of the Profit Formula framework.

Why does that matter? Because until I made that switch, I was always one step behind the frequency I desired. My ideas were good—but they weren’t rooted. They weren’t embodied.

So I decided to stop waiting and start becoming.

I began to embody the frequency of an athlete:

• I shifted how I ate

• I prioritized recovery and training

• I adopted the mindset of someone who values discipline

That wasn’t just a fitness goal—it was an energetic recalibration. And it taught me this:

You don’t achieve your goal first—you embody it first.
